Here we aim to answer some of the queries about the order process and how you get your pens!

How do I give you my logo?

Once you have ordered you pens you will be directed to a page on our website giving instructions on how to provide your logo/artwork.

Artwork should be created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as an EPS file with all text/fonts converted to outlines. If you don’t have your artwork available as an EPS file, send us what you have and we’ll see what we can do. For a reasonable cost we may be able to create it for you.  Send artwork to sales@yo-promotions.co.uk

Can I order more than 2000 pens?

Yes!  Simply give us a call on 01252 620 593 or send us an email to sales@yo-promotions.co.uk with your requirements and we’ll be happen to help you.

Do you sell pens individually?

Yes, via the website below.

Can I have full colour printing?

Yes, on certain pens. Just give us a call on 01252 620 593 or send us an email to sales@yo-promotions.co.uk with the name of the pen you want, the quantity and we’ll get you a price for full colour printing.

I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I pay by another method?

Yes, during the checkout process, you can either select PayPal or pay with debit or credit card. All major cards are accepted.

Can I get a printed sample?

We can send you a plain sample or printed pen from a previous order in the post and a visual mock up with your artwork via email.
